CHS Construction

In 2017, CHS Group joined with Jason and Megan Merlo and purchased Kimpton Builders from Michael and Pamela Clarke and from this CHS Construction P/L was born.

The Property Services Maintenance Contract with Department of Health & Human Services was transferred to CHS Construction to continue the great work that the Clarke’s had started nearly 30 years ago.

​We complete general maintenance and scheduled works to properties that are managed by Department of Health and Human Services. We also do renovation, extensions, insurance repairs and build new homes.

We now employ an in-house colour consultant to assist with those difficult decisions when building or renovating your home.
